The build up has been awful and the card is a waste of talent.

Lots of funny stuff and controversy happened at the HOF ceremony: CM Punk held a large sign for people to applaud Mick Foley when he came out. During Mick Foley's speech, he talked about never pinning Chris Jericho. This led to Jericho coming on stage, taking an elbow drop from Foley and Punk counting the pin.The crowd went nuts for it.
Steph debuted a new theme song when she came out to induct Trish Stratus. Trish announced during the speech that she was pregnant. Her and her husband Ron (who was heavily booed before the announcement) are expecting their first baby this September.
Booker's induction went off without any major incident. Lots of "Booker" chants. Booker jokingly requested that the crowd didn't boo Sharmell.
Some of the fans started to get restless, booing and chanting "WHAT?" after Maria Menounos' speech starts to drag about Bob Backlund. Backlund then came out and rambled. Vince ended up coming out to pull Backlund off the stage because he was going "insane" and his mic was cut off.
The mere mention of Trump's name receives boos during Vince's induction speech. Trump came out and got booed heavily. His family gets booed as well, except for his daughter. Trump kept his speech short, challenging Vince to a match at WrestleMania 30, noting that he wanted to break pay-per-view records.
A Make-A-Wish video featuring Cena was shown and got huge heat, should be interesting to see the crowd's reaction when he wins the title tomorrow.
Bruno's induction with Arnold went off without a hitch. Bruno came out to huge chants of "Bruno" and an ovation from the crowd. He talked about his childhood and having to deal with Nazis in Italy, about his mother and his wife. Bruno says he never took aspirin or painkillers, he's a tough guy and still trains 6 days a week. Bruno credits MSG for helping him headline. He owes all of his success to the fans. He closes the speech and gets emotional, saying he's nothing without the fans.

There was hardly anything that was bad tonight on Raw, probably one of the best I've ever seen, better than Wrestlemania. WWE should hire this week's crowd and take them to every Raw. The crowd was epic, their chants were so random, they were cheering all the heels also. I lost it when they started chanting for Cole and humming Fandango's theme. And then they got their wish and Ziggler cashed in, holy crap... the crowd's reaction was amazing. From caddy to cheerleader and now Champion.

As if to taunt us with what could have been, WWE had released alternate designs for the new WWE title belt: www.wwe.com/inside/alternate-wwe-title-designs-photosThis is my personal favorite, followed by the red band one. The rest are pretty on par with what they went with. Now my question is WHY THE HELL DIDN'T THEY GO WITH THIS ONE?!

This and the apparent double turn were my favourite moments from Payback. The matches were enjoyable but pretty predictable.

Blast from the past:
The Rock's Best "It Doesn't Matter" moment
The Rock's Best Insult
My favorite from the Attitude era would have to be the Rock, followed very closely by Stone Cold Steven Austin. I can hardly call myself a casual fan of wrestling, but I do miss the elementary school years between 1997-1999 when these two guys had everyone quoting them, making their own belts out of cardboard, and getting sent to the principal's office for critically injuring each other trying to do 'stunt work'.

So obviously I kinda fell out of this page/topic for a few years. But with the Draft/Brand Extension coming back, my interest is renewed. Tuesday's SmackDown will be the first wrestling program I've watched in a long time.

That sounds terrifying!
EDIT: Watched it! It was funny and that guy was good at his impression, but I felt bad for those workers. They were laughing though.
