Did a quick playthrough, completed it under an hour, 7/10. As for Easter eggs, I spotted two: Keep talking to Gordon and he will say "We still need to have a important talk about that other thing."
And I saw a Cadmus labs poster in the Steel Mill.

Futher on what we were talking about BackinBlack: It seems that she may have never been pregnant at all. On the pregnant test box (in the cot) there is a warning suggesting that the test may show up wrong.
