I see nothing to worry about so far.

I think it looks great personally. It also doesn't have the feel of a DCEU movie, and in a good way. Hopefully this will be a good change in style, and it would be nice if DC's tomato meter got a much needed pep me up lol

I like the trailers, we'll see how it turns out. Hopefully Patty Jenkins brilliance shines thru. Gadot isn't known for her acting prowess, but like Dave Bautista and Channing Tatum, actors can improve with the right direction. Chris Pine will do a lot for this movie I think, the guy has so much charisma. Loved him on SNL last week, even in the sketches that kind of fizzled out.

96% on Rotten Tomatoes! "Thrilling, earnest, and buoyed by Gal Gadot's charismatic performance, Wonder Woman succeeds in spectacular fashion." www.rottentomatoes.com/m/wonder_woman_2017/That was my closest reaction when I saw the score, like "Holy crap, the critics can like a DC movie!" Like we've talked about before, this positivity can be the boost Justice League needs this November.

Haha! I was also similarly surprised. It'll be amazing if that rating sticks, but if it does stay in the 90's, I see it being 90-92%. Good for Jenkins tho, seriously, and good for Gadot. So many people didn't want to give her a shot because her acting hasn't been the greatest. Many also felt she didn't have the right body type, and while I can understand the desire for DC to go a different direction than what we usually get from women on the big screen, not considering Gadot over her physique doesn't feel like the solution either. My hope was that since she had been chosen, she'd prove everyone wrong with a great performance, and so far it sounds like that's what we're getting. We'll see where it settles by Friday when it opens here.

Wonder Woman down to 92%, 133 reviews up already. So we're seeing a slight dip, but still holding strong.

Just got back from seeing it. It really is the best DCEU film yet (although to some that's not saying much). While I've had some degree of problems with the last three films, I can't think of any with Wonder Woman. If there's one factor that helps it succeed, it's that it had more of a human touch compared to the epic scale and universe building we've seen so far.

Agreed. This was such a fun movie that really did a good job with its story. I'm hesitant to give it a rating because I was wrestling with something (just some things that had happened just before the movie started) that sort of skewed my viewing experience in a negative way. By that I mean, I was distracted by my own thoughts, which is no fault to the movie. It's actually a testament to this film that I still enjoyed the heck out of it. I definitely want to see it again. This and Lego Batman are my favorite superhero movies this year. Logan is the smartest in the way that it uses sci-fi and its predecessors, while Lego Batman is a close second. That said, for an action adventure type, this movie takes the cake. It's so much fun. I loved it! So far, I have to say this has been the best year for Superhero films. If Homecoming is good, and Ragnarok delivers, then even if Justice League is bad, this year will have had more volume and quality of superhero films than any other year to date.

I can't wait to go see this! Looks like a lot of fun. I haven't been home for 5 weeks and this is my 1 week off, so I wanna try to do as much catching up as possible. The new transformers also comes out this Friday, so maybe I can squeeze in two movies this month

If you can only see one, pick Wonder Woman.

Considering I haven't liked a Transformers movie since the first one, I'd say that's my likely choice anyway XD
