Temple of Eternity
Cast-
Jack- Hugh Jackman
Carlyle- Tom Welling
Dooni- Edi Gathegi
The film begins with the hooded man, Jack, headin into a bar and conversing with a local. He tells him about how even though he looks like a 19 year old he's lived for thousands of years. The man laughs at him and offers him noodles. The two both wind up with some noodles, when Jack reveals he poisoned one of the noodle bowls. After a long conversation, he reveals it's his bowl that was poisoned. He swaps the bowl, and as we turn we see his bowl is empty, there was never anything in it. He proclaims that if he eats anything his metabolism will jump start and he will die, and that he can only drink water from under a certain Budhist temple. The man, a young tourist spies on him and tracks him to the water hole. He sees him drink the water and take his hood off for the first time and the only time, as we see a nano second glimpse of his face. He puts the hood back up, and then he sees the man look at him and he tackles him. He tells him that now that he has seeked him he must tell him everything and make him his apprentice. He teaches him the ancient ways of a dead religion, and about how he draws his power from it. The two head to America, hiding in a crate. They head to upstate New York, where Jack tells him he has a friend there. They meet a seemingly old and elderly business man, an African American, but he takes them to the subway which is mysteriously empty, and reveals himself to be a seemingly young man, in his mid twenties. He tells him he hasn't drank the water for 20 years, and that he is beginning to age slightly, by about 6 months psychically each year. Jack promises to get him back his immortality, but he first must reveal himself to Carlyle, who is the man that came with him. He tells Carlyle a tale of where he came from, and how him and Jack's destiny is to find the chosen one[Carlyle] and team up with him, teaching him everything they know in order to take down The Diaboli. When he asks him who the Diaboli is, he reveals it is the President of the United States, the fictious 46th president, James Leray. Carlyle calls him crazy, and tries to leave, but he beats him up, telling him he must do it, or suffer for all eternity. Jack reveals his power is the ability to see the future, the end of the world, and the healing factor. Dooni reveals his power is to make people witness the afterlife through his eyes. His left eye is heaven, his right eye is hell. Carlyle doesn't understand this power, and Dooni tells him about how it is a way to kill his enemies, by making them see where they will end up. If the outcome is bad, looking into the eye will hypnotize them into killing themselves. If the outcome is good, the power will hynotize them into going clean. The three head to Washington, where some FBI Agents get wind of their plan and face them. Jack uses his natural fighting and jumping skills to jump onto a tank and rip it apart, killing the men inside. He crashes it into the White House gates, and heads inside, to learn the President isn't there. Jack informs Carlyle his mission isn't even near complete, and that he must head to Japan. He takes him, a long with Dooni to Japan. He trains Carlyle in Kung Fu, Karate, Jujitsu, and teaches him how to find his power within. Carlyle learns he has the ability to shoot fire from his finger tips, and the ability to keep people from dying, but only if it relates to his destiny. Carlyle is order to go alone, into the heart of New York where the president is giving a speech. His mission is to capture him, but once he gets there he changes his plans. He finds his old girlfriend, who is dating someone new. He befriends her and the two get reaquanted. She reveals she still likes him, and ditches her old loser boyfriend to hang out with him. The two are peacefully watching the president's speech , when a drunken pilot crashes before them. The girl dies, and he tries to revive her. Jack arrives in a vision, telling him she doesn't relate to his destiny. He goes off in a mad fit of rage, trying to attack the president but is pulled away by secret service and put into prison. Carlyle wakes up one morning, with a new cell mate, a man named Rico. He is somewhere in a Top Secret facility under neath Area 51. He learns that some of the Secret Service are telepathic, and are secretly workers there, trying to prevent ''The Angel Warriors'' from fulfilling the chosen one's destiny. Jack shows up, along with Dooni, infiltrating the huge prison. They work there way through, killing, hynotizing, and causing the afterlife fates of several guards, until finally they reach Carlyle's cell. Carlyle's cell mate reveals himself, breaking through the bars and fighting them. The two fight to the near death, until finally Dooni's arm is tore off. He tries to escape but falls down a flight of stairs, and is captured. Carlyle helps free himself, and expresses his regret to Jack. He tells him it's ok and the two escape. The president is in Air Force One. The boys hi-jack a military plane, and try to take aim, but are shot down. Carlyle wakes up with a scar to his left eye, and he's missing the tip of a finger, as well as having a collapsed lung, and 2 cracked ribs. He is told that Jack is dead. He is in a hospital somewhere in Colorado, his homestate. Carlyle is sent a vision through the TV by a one armed Dooni, who is in a waiting room at a bombed out shelter. Carlyle is told to stay there, that answers will come soon. Carlyle goes to sleep, and has a strange vision in which he sees a bunch of metaphoric symbols, that arrange themselves into a pattern, that reveal the location he is supposed to go to. The movie ends with Carlyle's brother coming in, embracing him. At first he thinks he is there to check on him, but Carlyle senses a disturbance, and pushes his brother away. His brother reveals he is one of the FBI agents, and picks Carlyle up, dragging him away. After the credits, we see a scene in which we see Jack, alive, and somehow unwounded, with a bag over his head being questioned by the government. A grey alien steps up, touching his slimy hand to his head. In the background we see that Dooni is lying there, alive, but bleeding terribly. His eyes have been gouged out. To be continued....
