I recently watched this as part of my film class. It has to be one of the saddest and most touching movies I've ever seen. I was holding back tears at some parts and exemplifies of the old saying "true love conquers all." Anyone else seen it?

Wow, wish I had seen this when you first posted. Yes, I've seen this, and it's a beautiful movie. Arguably the best movie I've ever seen actually.
The first time I saw it I had a hard time keeping the plot in order, making sense of things, yada yada, you know. I even remember getting pissed at Kate Winslet's character for erasing Jim. Anyway, I saw the movie and I moved on as we all do. But then a couple of years later and after a few difficult growing experiences to boot, I found myself wishing I could do the same thing that "Tangerine" did! Funny how that works.
Anyway, saw the movie again after having that little epiphany, and the movie turned my mind to pea soup. Maybe I enjoyed the movie too much. 10 years from now, I'll still be crying about how Jim Carey was robbed of his Oscar glory, lol.
