You know, that most recent Oblivion trailer was beast. The visual effects are incredible. I really don't understand why people hate Tom Cruise so much as an actor. Weird personal life aside, he's played 4 slightly different versions of Ethan Hunt in the Mission Impossible movies, he's good in Top Gun, and he seems okay in this.

Catching Fire (November 22)
Unfortunately, I didn't give Catching Fire the attention it deserved during my first (and only) read through. Now, going into book 3, I'm vowing to treat the final installment of the franchise with the respect it deserves. That aside, holy sh!t, this trailer is so powerful. It looks like they took everything good from the first movie and developed it to its fullest potential.

looks like they are retooling the quarter quell (the idea that ever 25 years the past victors have to play in an all-star game)

Wait a second, I thought that the quarter quell just ramps up the number of regular tributes in the arena. Then after it's modified, it turns into the "all star game"? I think. Wasn't that why Katniss was so surprised about having to go back to the games? Again, I in no way sat down and read the book on a consistent basis so I could be screwing it up.
If I am right though, then maybe the quarter quell hasn't been retooled, but rather, we're just seeing some behind the scenes stuff that wasn't included in the book.

The Secret Life of Walter Mitty
The trailer was beautiful, as though everything was shot with an IMAX camera. The story sort of represents everything I learned in English my freshman year of high school: the short story, rhetorical devices galore, literary expression, etc. I actually don't remember too much about freshman English, but every time I mention it to an old acquaintance who took the class with me, we always quote the "ta pucketa, tuh pucketa" onomatopoeia line.

The Raid 2: Berandal
I don't think this is coming out this year, especially since it's a foreign release. I'm putting it down anyway though. The trailer actually gave me a sense of intimidation. You see this dude railing on the wall in his prison cell, and he's practically superhuman. It's like he could kill you with his bare hands. Seriously, check this monster out.
