Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows is an upcoming two-part fantasy-adventure film directed by David Yates and based on the novel of the same name by J. K. Rowling. It will serve as the final instalment of the popular Harry Potter franchise and will be the third Harry Potter film to be directed by Yates, who helmed the previous two movies. David Heyman and David Barron serve as producers for the film and the script is written by Steve Kloves, screenwriter of the first four and sixth entries. The story follows Harry Potter on a quest to find and destroy Lord Voldemort's secret to immortality - the Horcruxes. The film stars Daniel Radcliffe as Harry Potter, alongside Rupert Grint and Emma Watson as Harry's best friends Ronald Weasley and Hermione Granger. Principal photography for both parts was completed on 12 June 2010 (2010-06-12). Part I will be released on 19 November 2010 (2010-11-19) and Part II on 15 July 2011 (2011-07-15). Both parts will be released by Warner Bros. Pictures in 2D and 3D formats on their individual release dates.[6] Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows will be the first-and-only entry from the series to be entirely in 3D. It will also be released in IMAX 3D. Attachments:

EEEEEEEEHHHHHHH! wrong answer mob. thats complete bullshit. the last book was split in two because they felt the need to fit everything in the movie and honestly i can't complain and i dont' think any fan is complaining. the more harry potter the better i say.

The last book is my favorite, so I have no problem with them getting as much out of it as they can by making two movies

it's pretty big... and even if it weren't, the amount of source they can get from books could work for trilogies sometimes
movie adaptations always miss alot of the plot

if you thought that was big then the 5th book should've had 2 parts

yeah but the 5th book isn't even that good. it was long and boring up until the climax.
it wouldn't be worth it to have it 2 parts. the 7th book is awesome so i think its well awesome to have it in 2 parts.
