It's officially finally coming to the US! And in theaters! AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH! The only thing that will bring me down is it not playing anywhere in my area.

www.superherohype.com/news/322287-key-art-for-new-dragon-ball-z-movie-debutsDRAGON BALL Z: F IS FOR FUKKATSU “An Earth where peace has arrived. However, remnants of Frieza’s army Sorbet and Tagoma arrive on the planet. Their goal is to revive Frieza with the Dragon Balls. Their dastardly wish is granted, the “F” that plans its revenge against the Saiyans is revived…!” So I don't want to rush to judgment, but this plot doesn't make much sense. For one, the Dragon Balls can only revive someone if they've been dead for less than a year. Also, considering Future Trunks made quick work of Frieza as a Super Saiyan 1, how much of a threat can Frieza be when Goku can go Super Saiyan 3, and could potentially tap into his God form?

I agree with you about the perceived plot holes. Presumably Frieza has trained a lot in hell but I doubt it would be enough to beat Goku in his God form. Nevertheless, it should be an interesting film, particularly with Beerus making another appearance.

So new theories: 1. This takes place in one of the alternate universes Beerus talked about. 2. It's a Frieza clone. 3. (This one's a long shot) Frieza kills Beerus and takes his God power for his own.

I have no idea what they're saying, but HOLY SHIT! This looks even bigger than Battle of Gods. I hope they do another theater release in the US.
As for Frieza's new form, I think it's alright. If you think about it, you could consider it his God form, especially when Goku's God form was basically a recoloring like they've done with Frieza.
