Its not about the gays coming out. Its about the military going through these peoples stuff to see if they're gay. They call people that may know. Thats how its unconstitutional. It wouldn't be as big of a problem if their were people looking around to see if someone is gay or heterosexual soldiers telling their commanders that another soldier is gay wo didn't know about that. its pretty much ignoring the rule entirely. "yeah we won't ask, but we'll find out anyways"

The new line-up was announced by presenter Ryan Seacrest at a press conference in Los Angeles. Of the original four judges, only record producer Randy Jackson remains. ---------------------------------- New Zealand road cyclist Greg Henderson has pulled out of the Commonwealth Games in Delhi, citing health and security fears. He is the first selected New Zealand athlete to withdraw from the Games, with photos of the squalid conditions in the athletes' village proving to be the final straw. Henderson had flagged his concerns with a short entry on his Twitter page this morning. Seriously starting to reconsider my Commonwealth Games participation," Henderson wrote. The full extent of the terrible conditions in the Commonwealth Games athletes' village has been revealed in photos leaked by a Games official. The pictures, which show filthy bathrooms, animal footprints on beds and exposed wiring, emerged as the Indian Prime Minister prepared to take control of the Games. news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/commonwealth_games/delhi_2010/9025907.stmEdit: In Breaking News the Australian Olympic Committee (AOC) President John Coates has said that India should not have been allowed to host the 2010 Commonwealth Games. Coates was one of the leading members of the organising committee for the Sydney Olympics in 2000, and is also an elected member of the International Olympic Committee's Executive Board.

Gary Coleman's death is no longer viewed as suspicious.
Detectives investigating the death of the 'Diff'rent Strokes' star closed the case yesterday (05.10.10), siding with a county coroner's recent verdict that the actor's death, from a brain haemorrhage following a fall in May this year, was not deliberate.

Yeah, tell me about it. Half of it I could care less about. Ha... I don't get why you Americans say 'I could care less' instead of 'I couldn't care less.' The latter makes much more sense... 'I could care less' means like the opposite of what it does to you.

Two of the 33 men has been rescued after 69 days trapped in a collapsed mine in Chile, pulled to fresh air and freedom at last in a missile-like escape capsule to the cheers of his family and countrymen.
Mario Sepulveda Espina climbed out of the rescue capsule and jubilantly hugged wife, President Sebastian Pinera and rescuers, and then handed them pieces of rock from his undergound home.
The first of miner, Florencio Avalos, was pulled to safety in a capsule barely wider than a man's shoulders early on Wednesday, an emotional breakthrough as a two-month ordeal inside a Chilean mine neared its end.
Rescuers, relatives and friends broke into jubilant cheers as 31-year-old father-of-two Avalos emerged on the surface to breathe his first fresh air in 69 days after a claustrophobic ascent of around 625 metres through thick rock.
Rescuer Manuel Gonzalez took 17 minutes to descend the shaft and he was hugged by the waiting miners. He then took just minutes to buckle Avalos into the capsule and send him to the surface.
Relatives rushed to hug and kiss Avalos, who walked out of the capsule looking healthy after his nearly 16-minute ascent. He was then embraced by President Pinera as the surrounding crowd chanted "Chile! Chile!"
The men have spent 69 days in the hot, humid bowels of the gold and copper mine in Chile's northern Atacama desert. For the first 17 days, they were all believed to be dead, and their record-breaking story of survival has captured the world's attention.
Nervous wives, children, parents and friends waited on an arid, rocky hillside above the San Jose mine on Tuesday night as rescue teams started an evacuation expected to take up to 48 hours.
Pinera earlier sang to the strums of a guitar played by Mining Minister Laurence Golborne around a campfire as relatives waited anxiously for their loved ones.
The specially-made steel cages are equipped with oxygen masks and escape hatches in case they get stuck.
31 miners remain in the mine with footage of the rescue being screened around the world.
Breaking: The capsule has just arrived to take up another miner.

North Carolina police investigating the Zahra Baker case have hold a press conference, confirming fears that the 10-year-old has been murdered and her body hidden in a bushland grave.
A police search in the area two weeks ago found Zahra's prosthetic leg. The 10-year-old, who had the lower half of her left leg amputated five years ago after being stricken by bone cancer, was reported missing by her former Australian sugar mill worker father Adam on October 9, but police believe she was missing longer than that.
Elisa Baker (Zahra's mother) has been held in custody since October 10, with one charge relating to a fake ransom note police allege she wrote and left on a vehicle outside their Hickory home.
