so i just watched a few episodes of the show. i believe they were the first 3 and the last being the newest episode. not bad. i guess the art was only sketchy in the micro episodes. its good here. is this show Batman TAS? ha, no, but it isn't bad. the voice actors are good and i like how the avenger relationship was a bit testy at first. the conflict between hulk and thor was pretty funny. hulk was pretty much a moody jerk to everyone. even to wasp who was nice. and thor had enough of his attitude especially to a lady. in which hulk responds "which one, blondie" thought that was funny --------------------- the villains are handled well enough. the cap episode had red skull and such. like i said it isn't Batman TAS just simply fun nothing really more then that. so far they've faced the enchantress (an enemy of thor), red skull (in the cap flash back episode), barron zemo, armon zola, and a muck monster (creation of zola). so they have yet to really spreads out with the villain choices, but i enjoy that they have kept the captain america theme of the last two episodes going. instead of just randomly jumping around with the villains. there was also some hints to a season or maybe even a series conflict. in teh cap flash back episode it wasn't merely a flashback. it was some cosmic being no doubt a villain and also no doubt very powerful. he was observing captain america's history because the end of the universe is near and some how captain america is involved. but to this being cap is already dead and has been. either way that ominous message is rather interesting. ------------------------ this show gave me a solid impression and i'll be happy to watch the show here and there. idk about fallowing it, but its good enough for a look. oh oh and also there was a special cameo in the cap flash back episode. it honestly is pretty obvious, but still it was a cool addition.

I'm glad you've jumped on board. I was afraid I would be the only one watching the show, save for one or two other people who haven't really spoke about it much lately. The quality of this show is sort of on par with the classic 90's Marvel shows. Not to say that those shows didn't have moments of awesomeness that were more than just fun, but I still get a very 90's esque vibe from this new show. I do hope that Ultimate Spider-man is higher quality than the Avengers show though. This is simply because I'd like it to be on par with TSSM, which in my opinion was better than the Avengers has been so far.
Also, the last special cameo that you spoke of was pretty cool. I wonder how far Disney/Marvel is allowed to go with those cameos. Maybe they went as far as they're allowed to with what we got, either way, it was fun.

Just saw Episode 10. Captain America is pretty cool in this, but I think Thor is becoming my favorite character. His interaction with each different hero is pretty funny. Thor, Hulk, and Wasp should start a rock band.

Episode 11 is up on youtube now. I thought it would be a little boring, but it was far from that. The Black Panther is really cool. This show makes Tony look a little dumb though. I get that he's arrogant and makes bad decisions, but he's a super genius. Hank Pym shouldn't be out nerding him in science, even in things that aren't Tony's expertise. But whatever, this show gets better every week.

Okay, so what the heck happened to the show? Christmas break probably. They start back up on the 9th. And by the episode title, we may be seeing Kang.

Oh. I didn't see anything over on Disney's website when I checked. Must've missed something.

I enjoyed the lastest episode with Kang. Honestly, the comedy in the show and the buddy moments are its strongest quality. Cap vs. anybody in the boxing ring, that's something I'd like to see in the Avengers film. Although RDJ Tony is a better fighter than cartoon Tony. He'd still lose, but I'm not sure I'd want to see him getting his but handed to him.

If you guys want to see the rest of the season, here's the YouTube links (each are divided into 2 parts):
The Casket of Ancient Winters
Hail, Hydra!
Ultron-5
The Ultron Imperative
This Hostage Earth
The Fall of Asgard
A Day Unlike Any Other
They're pretty good. We got some plot points resolved and good set up for next season. We also see Maria Hill being the idiot that she is and Thor Buster Armor!

Today I listened to a pod-cast in which the shows creators discussed the upcoming season 2. It's over there on Marvel.com for those who want to listen to it, but it really isn't all that great.
But, they did mention that The Avengers will be exploring 8 of the 9 realms mentioned in Marvel's version of Norse mythology. How cool is that? I'm definately interested. Also, if you look at some of the photos they've posted, it looks like we'll be getting some Johnny Storm.
Anyone think we'll see Spider-man in the final season of this show? If not, we'll probably get to see some of the Avengers, post TA:EMH, guest starring in USM.

The rest of season 1 aired outside the US and are available on YouTube in the links I posted above. I don't think Avengers and Ultimate Spider-Man are part of the same universe. They're probably gonna be seperate entities on their own. However, there could be a chance we'll see an Avengers version of Spider-Man. Maybe.
