Well it was only a matter of time before they announced it. Sweet pic, hope that's the official game cover.
Now all I want is more info. Voices? Villains? Adaption of movie story or original story set in the movie's universe? Level based or open world? Beenox involved? Etc.
I just hope they can make it better than Edge of Time. We want to go outside!

If it is freeroam, I hope we have a big New York we can play in. Manhattan, Queens, Liberty, Ellis, and Roosevelt Islands, etc. As for the bosses, Beenox, make them good and plenty. Like I said in the Edge of Time thread, give us at least 6 well known and classic villains. Personally, I'd like to see Lizard (since he's in the movie), Scorpion, Vulture, Mysterio, Sandman, and Electro.

When was the last time we had some good use of Doc Ock? Other than Shattered Dimensions (but wasn't that lady Ock? I still haven't played it). I played Friend or Foe, but I wasn't too impressed. So that takes us back to Spider-man 2, the movie game.
Also, free roam is nice but it became way too redundant. I hope there's more incentive to continue playing after the story mode is over.

The trailer was confusing, but it looks kind of cool. I look forward to seeing some more.

One other thing I forgot. -Limited webbing Because the film has web-shooters, Spidey will have to refill his webbing after using a lot. Makes it sound like swinging around will be costly.

Ha, maybe random web cartridges will be on rooftops, like in the PS1 Spider-Man games.

Those graphics are scary good. You can see textures, and it's a so-so quality video too. Damn.
Webswinging hasn't looked this fun in a long time. It's hard to get pumped for Spidey movie games these days. But as a simple tease, this impresses.
I'm not sure what to think about this though: "Amazing Spider-Man is being made by Beenox, the studio behind the two most recent Spider-Man games, but this new game been in development by a dedicated team who have been working on it for over a year, according to Gerard Lehinay, the studio's creative director."
They said something similar to this about Edge of Time to reassure those who thought the game had been rushed. Doesn't sound like you guys are too thrilled with that game.
