Just got back from my showing. The teaser was so damn hilarious.
As for the actual movie, my god is it brutal. Both physically and emotionally. Jackman gives it his all here. Honestly, I think it deserves an Oscar, and I haven't said that about a comic book movie since The Dark Knight.

I just got back from it as well. It literally just ended about fifteen minutes ago. I freaking loved it. Best X-Men movie I have ever seen! It was also insanely brutal. It was so intense that I am honestly mentally exhausted. I got so in tuned with the movie that I felt like I was in it. I'm sitting on my couch and I feel like I just ran a marathon. This movie is the perfect Wolverine movie. Best send off ever. Go see it asap guys!

I rented this movie from Redbox and watched it for the 3rd time. I wanted to watch it again so my dad could see it. I saw it once on my own, once with my mom, and now with my dad. I still love it just as much as the first two times!
I got bored and decided to do some digging on what people thought of X-24's demise, and apparently a lot of people think he might not be dead. Here's my opinion as to why he is dead: X-24's healing factor was artifical, and while he could heal on the same level as a young Wolverine, it eventually burned out in certain circumstances. We see Wolverine's healing factor get over worked in the movies and he'll go into brief comas or pass out, but once he comes back to, his healing factor is still in tact. However, whenever this happens to X-24 and he gets pinned on to the front of the tractor blades, his healing factor doesn't kick back in and he requires injections of that green stuff. With this in mind, knowing that his healing factor can stop working altogether once over worked to a certain extent, I don't think he would've healed from having about a third of his head blown off. For starters, this movie set out to not follow continuity religiously on purpose just to make it as much it's own thing as possible without filling it with X-Men cliches. Not only that, but scientifically speaking, even if he was to heal from that, not only would his memories not grow back, but he would also have to relearn everything. I know they don't do it that way in the other movies, but according to a video I watched, if a healing factor could theoretically actually heal a whole brain back, it would be like having a newborn brain, and you'd have to learn to walk, talk, etc all over again. Just some ramblings from me.
